My puppy is 5 months old and is not housebroken yet....?

As soon as i get up at 6 am i take her out. then i feed her. Then i wait about thirty minutes because i noticed when she do poop in the house its like 30 mins after she eats. she poops outside because i take her out after she eats and every three hours. BUT she PEE on my carpet like 3 times a day.. This is getting crazy. What should i do? This is hard
