if it bothers u just ask him, if ur gettin married its best not to have soemthing so small get to you, also it sounds like its just a fgriendly way of sayin hello, slightly patronising, but meant in a friendly way, not a cheating way, so i wouldnt worry too much 2 b honest, but if it really gets to you, just ask, if he loves u and ur nice about it, he wont mind
