Ok im going to be be cookin a whole hog in a spit in a big propane cooker im needin to know how long to cook i

its goin to be a 150 - 200 lbs hog i need to know temp and time to cook it and if i should season it or put any thang on it while it cooks please help me my dad always cooked the hog but he ped away last year now everyone asked me to carry on the hog roast every yr.
