Was I just threatened with calling the ACLU?

Two people came to my home to solicit lawn care service. I hired the cheapest service provider (SP). The SP I did not hire came by and was very upset and accused me of gender discrimination. The young man claimed he was gay and that I did not hire him because he was a . I told him that was not the case and he threatened to call the ACLU on me. I told him that he is 20% higher than his competitor. I told him to get off my property before I would have to have him physically removed by force if need be. So this guy was a jerk pulling the gender discrimination card. People like that abuse the system by crying wolf on false accusations.
