Washing machine vibrates like crazy and landlord doesnt want to do anything about it.?

don't worry about counter space...it's a washing machine....feet need to be level...then it shouldn't virbrate...if there are clothes in it, and clothes aren't even in the machine (more on one side), then that could easily make it vibrate.
