Woah, did my prof. read my mind?

I came by during her office hours and she acted rude; impatient and annoyed. As she was looking down and writing something on a notecard for me I glanced at her and thought "she's ugly". I thought this because I'd read on ratemyprofessors.com that she was really HOT. I'm not sure why students wrote that...maybe it was the professor herself who'd written it. And it's weird because I don't recall ever thinking "she/he's ugly" before...I'm not shallow, so I don't know. What was weird was right after I thought that, she suddenly started messing up what she was writing/forgot what she was writing and kept moving her pen down to the paper before taking it back up again and looked up at me seemingly nervously, head still down, a few times. I kept looking at the card as she was writing. I actually thought...oh, she might think I'm looking at her or something... but now wonder why it was directly after I thought "she's ugly". I mean, I don't believe I blurted that out...
