Mmkay, so. I'm 5 ft., and I only weigh 95 lbs. Definitely not by choice. My upper body (from waist to face), I'm totally happy with, but when it comes to my thighs, I'm totally embarred. I'm sooo skinny, and I absolutely hate it. So, I'd like to build thigh muscle. I have calf muscle, and I almost look disproportionate. So, I was wondering how I might be able to effectively build thigh muscle, so I at least don't look as scrawny. :)
