What happen if I dotn fix the rack pinion and brake caliper and ball joint on my truck?

What happen if I dont fix the rack pinion and the brake caliper and ball joint on my truck? It been like this for 5 month already and sometime the steering wheel feel lose and I also have some popping noise on the front of the cars! The problem with the brake is feel soft and the brake caliper stick to the brake pads! I think the truck can wait 1 more like this until I buy another Durango in great shapes! The cars is a 2000 Dodge Durango 5.9 engine with 103k!
