Is rationality and logic subjective?

I'm atheist (agnostic atheist) and on another forum seems I've incited an atheist civil war of sorts, lol. You see I believe in what folks would term "ghosts" and many atheists are none too pleased saying it's irrational and illogical. I remind them that atheism soley refers to the lack of belief in a deity. My POV is that rationality and logic is subjective. Thanks.
