Hwo can I put the rams of computer to be in correspondance to the frequency of front side bus?

I was told that when the frequency of a ram is equal to the frequency (speed) of the front side bus, the performance of the memeroy will be the best. but the highest frequency of a ram now is 800 while the highest FSB is 1300. so how can I solve this problem
