Facebook acount disabled how do i enable?

Basically. My friend hacked into my facebook acount . As a joke.... ANYWAY she changed my pword and when i was trying to llog onto it , it wouldnt let me. I found out why wen she told me. but before that i sed FORGOT PWORD. it sed: REASON. i typed in . MY FRIEND HACKED ME AND BLABLABLABLa . they sai THANKS WE WILL SORT OUT THE PROBLEM OR SUMING LIKE THAT. and they havent done ANYTHNG bout it. i clicked SEND ACTIVATION CODE. it stil; hasnt. Its been around 4 days. HELP KELP
