Can Prozac be abused to suppress appetite?

No, I am not interested in using it as such. I am just concerned about my neice; she has been diagnosed with an eating disorder and severe depression. Her psychiatrist perscribed her Prozac for her depression, thinking that it would help her feel better and even alleviate the severity of her eating disorder. But I am concerned that she may instead abuse it and try to use it to suppress her appetite to lose weight, even though she is already thin. I have heard of kids using prescription drugs for this reason. So I was wondering if Prozac can be used for suppressing appetite? Because if so I need to address this with her mother (my sister) so that she can ask her daughter's psychiatrist about the possible issue at once.
