Berlin, Oslo, Tangier, Brussels, Geneva which should I visit?

I will be spending next spring in Madrid and am traveling to several cities and am wondering of those five which should I visit? I am leaning towards Berlin, but already will be taking a separate trip to Frankfort so I am wondering if it will be worth it to go.
